Request a Case Assessment
Every engagement begins with a case architecture assessment. Before any hearing strategy is built, we map the cross-system exposure — identifying where the SSDI finding will be read outside SSA, what language in the current record creates extraction risk, and what the hearing architecture must accomplish to protect the primary claim.
Within 48–72 hours, you receive an attorney-only memorandum covering the collision points, offset exposure, and recommended containment strategy specific to your case.
To get started, provide:
A 2–3 sentence case summary covering the primary lane (Jones Act, FELA, WC, ERISA/LTD, FERS, pension, mass tort, or complex SSDI), how the SSDI case interacts with the primary proceeding, and current hearing status.
Do not transmit PHI by email. Secure file transfer instructions are provided upon confirmation of engagement.
What happens next:
You receive a confirmation and secure file transfer instructions within one business day. The Blueprint is delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving the case materials. If the case calls for a full hearing package, scope and fee are discussed after the Blueprint identifies what the architecture needs to accomplish.
