The Decision-Ready Hearing Package
What’s Included and Why It’s Built This Way
Pre-Hearing Brief (Filed)
The brief is structured for regulatory adoption. Every RFC assertion is exhibit-anchored. The Step Four elimination addresses past relevant work as actually and generally performed. The Step Five analysis is built around the medical-vocational framework, not narrative persuasion. Adverse evidence is inoculated before the ALJ encounters it.
In cross-lane cases, the brief contains integrated containment: offset-aware onset alignment, exertional ceiling framing, and language discipline that prevents extraction by carriers, WC insurers, or OPM.
Strategy Dashboard (Attorney-Only)
The dashboard maps the case architecture: exertional ceiling definition, medical-vocational framework, transferability analysis, extraction risk containment, and evidentiary gaps. It tells you what to protect at hearing, what the adversary will argue, and where the record is vulnerable.
This is the component that does not exist anywhere else in the market. Brief mills produce briefs. The strategy dashboard is the analytical layer that shapes hearing outcomes.
VE Fallback Map (Attorney-Only)
The fallback map provides sequenced cross-examination logic for the vocational expert. It identifies the primary adjudicatory path, then layers independent elimination routes so that if the ALJ discounts one argument, redundant pathways remain. Each fallback is anchored to specific exhibits and includes VE challenge points.
Hearing-Day Reference (Attorney-Only)
A one-page case snapshot for the hearing table. Primary theory, Step Four position, Step Five structure, VE containment points, occupational base breakpoints, and extraction risk reminders. Everything you need without flipping through 40 pages during testimony.
